When I can be bothered making a form (and i'm not really good at making them so don't hold your breath), there WILL be one on here, but until then, we still want your feedback. So send either an email to the street team address OR a letter to the PO BOX (Just remember to put on it STIGMA STREET TEAM so Kimb knows to forward it along to me) just answering these three questions below.
