Sonic Foundry used to manually, and painstakingly, envelope the 
very quiet talking between songs, and highlight selected audience
comments.  You should not have to adjust your volume control when
listening.  Automated normalization was not used for this.  And no 
EQ, none needed.  Big thanks to the Benz-man and his buddy for their
efforts and kindness.
