News!

April 28th
We have a show May 13th, at the Mason Bowling Alley. See "Shows" for more details. Thing is, the guy running it is from Boink. To be honest, he was a complete asshole. Thinks he's pretty much the best thing that's ever happened to us people not in famous bands, I guess. So the show is a contest to see who can get the most people to come? And whoever does gets to play with Boink someday if we're lucky? Whatever. We'll have fun.

March 27th
We had a bitchin' show this weekend, thanks to everyone for coming. Thanks especially to
Off Riley
Sequoia Outalws
and Heroes Love Revenge
You guys were all ridiculously good, it was a great time playing with you all, and we'd love to do it again. Pictures from this show will be up soon, if all goes well.

March 13th
Sorry for not being around.
Saturday was our first show since rocktober fest, and it was a smashing success. We played some new songs, had a great time, all the people we know and don't know were there. Thanks a bunch guys, theres a whole bunch of new pictures up. Shows are up too, check them out.

January 18th
We have a myspace account where you can go and listen or download 4 songs. So, hooray for the internet!

December 10th
Hey, our album is out much to our delight. It is $5! It has 12 tracks, including some acoustic GOLD by Colton. And it comes with a sticker. Check out the "Merchandise" section of the site.

November 24th

THE ALBUM IS DONE

The album has been fully recorded. It will be availible the first week of December. It was quite good, we think. And if not, hey, coasters?
Also. We have stickers. They're black, with white writing that proudly exclaims "Ghost of Your Basement". They will be availible for $1 as of now. They're pretty big, so it's cool. Let me know, I THINK I will be adding order forms to this, that you can mail to me, and buy stuff? Yeah, we're that hardcore.
Peace, friends

November 15th
The new album is one song from complete. We are doing that tonight. Also, all labelling and the like is almost done. Official release date is December 1st. Ask us for copies, they will be either 3 or 4 dolla's. We're trying to get shows to promote and by promote I mean sell the album. Colt will soon be delivering me a buttload of pictures from past shows and the like, so look for that. Thats all

Hey Kids (Halloween)
Not much this week. We're doing some more recording tomorrow (Monday), and I think the album will be done within a month. Anyone want anything added to this site, give me a holler. I don't really know what to update.

Hey Kids
The Website is on
I'm officially going to update this bitch about once a week, so you can get stuff and the like. Here's the current news and plans:
We are going to be selling stickers hopefully in a week or two. Colt is ordering them from www.stickerjunkie.com, hopefully cheap, so we should be able to sell them to our loving fans for under a dollar.
We are going to be selling buttons shortly after Christmas. They will be very cheap, probably a quarter at most, mayhaps free, maybe free with a sticker, we haven't worked it out yet. We're poor college kids now though, so we have to break even or there abouts, but we'll try and keep it as low as possible.

The New Album!
Our Albums is under heavy recording. A lot of work has been put in, we're about 4 songs in now. It will be about 12, 13 tracks. We finally got the guitar to sound much better, and everything's going really well. I dont know how it will be released, but look for that in the near future.

Finally, Colt set up a live journal for our band, so he can post stuff quick and easy. It is ghost_basement, at www.livejournal.com
So, check it out.

New News! (September 16, 2004)
Whats up.
Um, we have some new shows, and some new songs, you should come see us. Check the section for dates/times/info and the like. Also, we're thinking about setting up like a livejournal kind of thing for the band, because it's a whole lot easier than updating this website in HTML. So, check the shows out, and we hope to see you soon.

New News! (July 20, 2004)
I updated EVERY SECTION today, so please check them out.
Wow kids, sorry. I haven't been here in 6 months, but I think it's time for a real update. I've changed a lot of the site around so hopefully it looks better, or is at least a little bit more fun. Where to begin?

Well, due to many executive decisions, our band is no longer called Love Lies Bleeding. If you really like this name, we're sorry, complain to us if you want. We're fairly happy with our new one, "Ghost of Your Basement". It means a lot to me especially. Anyways, Ghost of Your Basement, not Love Lies Bleeding. Moving on.

Since our last update, we've had only one show. This was for Jo Taylors birthday, at Kyle Greiner's house, who lives right down the street from me. It went very well, it was a great party. There will be another one like it for our homie Kyle Webber's birthday soon, I'm not exactly sure when. Next news item

We now have our own drumset, it's being added too all the time. I'll update the equipment section too today.

New News! (January 28, 2004) The site has again been failing all over the place, but dont worry about it. New Pictures from the Van Java show, thanks Abby. Hopefully new pictures from all sorts of stuff coming soon.

New News! (January 25, 2004) The album is completed. It simply needs to be mixed and set up. We would like to find someone to produce, so I dont have to do it on my computer and it's not poor. Any Ideas?

New News! (January 12, 2004) We might be going on tour this summer, around late May early June. We're looking not only for places to play but bands to play with, so email me at kevinstowe@blazemail.com
Hopeful Tour Dates will be in the shows section.

The Basics :
Love Lies Bleeding is a band, featuring 3 people. These people are:
Colt Slee - Bass
Kevin Stowe - Guitar
Bryan Johnson - Drums
We all sing, and so should you!
