Kenny and Steph are currently writing and rehearsing for new project Wanton Mission Failure, the new band will use some songs written during time with Locosea as well as a host of new material. Meanwhile Ross moves into Glasgow band Elmo as bass player since the demise of StandAlone last November. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 13/05/05 2 new tracks are available for download on the downloads page, something that should have been put up a long time ago 'Battle Of You & Me' and 'Man On The Move'. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 22/04/05 The new StandAlone website is now up and running, you can check it out at www.standaloneonline.net or from the links page. Also both the Definitions and StandAlone have recorded their new material, StandAlone plan to release a limited debut single 'Cant Stop' next month, but as yet the Definitions plans for their recording is unconfirmed. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 17/04/05 StandAlone will be playing at The Vale in Glasgow on April 30th and Stereo in Glasgow on May 15th. So if you wish to see what Kenny is up to be sure to go along. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 14/03/05 The Definitions will be playing at The Barfly in Glasgow this Thursday 17th March supporting Freeview, so all those who want to check out a quality live band be sure to go along. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 1/03/05 Stand Alone have been recording their debut E.P. 'Cant Stop' and have plans for an independant release in April to co incide with a sold out gig at Cumbernauld Town Hall on Saturday 9th April. The guys got together to create a new vibe not longer after LOCOsea split and have been writing and rehearsing a new set of songs which im sure will be just as good as LOCOsea's songs. We would like to thank all those who have supported us through the years and have believed in us, without whom we would never have lasted 4 months never mind 4 years. You will no doubt be hearing from the band members again as they pursue their chosen paths in music and continue to enthrall audiences. Gigs are still coming in for the rest of the year and once confirmed can be found on the gigs page. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 24/5/04 Its been a busy weekend for the band, they have just returned from their jaunt South and are planning to take a month off gigging to focus on writing new material. Also Ross is getting married in June !!! So they will be unavailable until July. However more gigs are in the pipeline with some being arranged in London due to their successful weekend show. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Latest 14/4/04 LOCOsea would like to thank all those who continue to support the band, especially those who are directly involved for keeping us on the right track. All though we are still struggling to find an adequate drummer we have soldiered on with the help of a great friend and greater musician Rich Carlin(Dead Or American),with him on board we can continue to do well and are pleased to announce that we will be playing at one of the NME sponsored showcases in London in May, so fingers crossed.
