Fiction Plane is becoming a huge hit with AOL Music fans!
This multi-layered roll-out sees Fiction Plane joining the company of other recent successful Breaker artists like Lucy Woodward, The Used, Trapt, Michelle Branch, Tweet, Vanessa Carlton, and Avril Lavigne -- all of whom were featured in advance interactive campaigns on AOL Music. Millions of music fans enjoyed exclusive songs, videos, Sessions@AOL interviews, and performances from each of these artists before their music was available anywhere else. As a result of these campaigns, AOL Music has been credited with helping to break these new artists. AOL members can check out the latest talent named to this unique program at Keyword: Artist Discovery Network.
For the recording of EVERYTHING WILL NEVER BE OK, the band's three core members, singer/guitarist Joe Sumner, bassist/keyboardist Dan Brown, and guitarist Seton Daunt, were joined by the renowned drummer Abe Laboriel, Jr. Fiction Plane's new touring drummer is Peter Wilhoit, a Bloomington native, and protege of fellow Indiana drum luminaries Kenny Arnoff and Shawn Pelton. Fiction Plane is currently touring the states.
Sessions@AOL's exclusive live performances are recorded in intimate settings and feature interviews with questions submitted by music fans on AOL. The half-hour Sessions@AOL Highlights show is available exclusively on AOL Broadband every other Thursday. Individual Sessions@AOL performances and interviews are also available online for all AOL members at AOL Keyword: Sessions and select performances are featured on the Web at Netscape Music ( www.music.netscape.com ). Sessions@AOL is streamed by over a million people each week. Sessions@AOL, First Listen and First View are among the popular franchise features that have helped make AOL Music the #1 online music destination, with over 15 million monthly visitors (Media Metrix).
