More Recording, July 06

It was a hot day in July when we stumbled back into Blossom studios to record our second ep. It was great seeing Noel again, and he seemed to feel the same way (at least, until we started recording guitar parts!). We were again there for 3 days, recording 3 songs, this time

Needless to say it was a very fun time, although it rained a heck of a lot the second and third day. It may have been July, but we were up the valleys. Damn mountains.       

Anyway, despite the weather we were still able to play a lot of keep-ups outside with a flat football we grabbed from Dave’s house. We were all surprisingly good at the keep-ups, except Noel, who was surprisingly bad, despite his athletic frame. This was the main form of relaxation - fortunately for everyone except Ferg, there was no Panic Attack this time around. Other highlights besides that and the football were probably Spud laying his parts down lightning quick, much to the semi chagrin of Forward and previous record holder Fergus, my guitar staying in tune and in contrast with last time, everyone playing a little heavy and somewhat loud.
