**Chapter 23;So That's How You're Gonna Play?**
******CHAPTER 23******
Around 1:30, we arrived at their midtown studio. As soon as the guard saw us, he buzzed upstairs and took the elevator up to the studio. “Hey guys,” Greg said as he walked into the room. “Hey,” everybody else replied. Of course I walked in with Greg and all of the guys looked at us and smiled. “What?” I asked curiously. “Nothing,” Chris said with a big grin on his face. I looked over by the window to see the other 4 girls, so I slowly walked over. “Hey babes,” I greeted as I sat down on the metal chair. “Hey Laur!” All four of them exclaimed as they came over to me and gave me a hug. “How long have you guys been here?” I asked. “Not long, we just got here five minutes ago,” Larissa replied quietly. “Oh okay, I wanted to make sure we weren’t too late. Cuz I mean, Greg was taking FOREVER because he couldn’t pick out something to wear..” I said but then was cut off by Nik. “Hold up, you were at Greg’s this morning?” she asked with her eyes glowing with curiosity. “Yeah,” I replied. “When did you get there?” she asked again. “I slept over there last night, the Raposos signed my release papers, my parents gave the ‘OK’ and the hospital knew what was going on, so they let me go home with them,” I said casually. “Oh,” they all said in unison. “Okay guys, let’s get going!” Claudia announced as she put on the music for ‘Gotta Get the Girl.’” Jesse started out singing his normal line, but instead of the guys dancing in front of the mirror, Claudia wanted them to do it towards us, like we were their audience. When Jesse walked over towards Sara, Larissa decided to joke around and was like “Oh Jesse, you’re so hott!” and everyone was trying not to laugh, because she looked so funny. Sara whispered something in Larissa’s ear and then stood up and exclaimed, “Are you trying to steal MY MAN!?!” Then Larissa stood up. “Sara, I just told you I was kidding!” Sara gave Larissa a weird look and Larissa slapped her forehead. “I mean..yes?” she said questionably. Since Claudia had stopped the music, everyone was laughing their butts off, and the other 3 of us just sighed. “Larissa, you’re such a moron!” I joked. “Yeah, but you know you love me!” she exclaimed happily. “Okay, let’s try that again but this time, no interruptions,” Claudia said as she looked over at Sara and Larissa. “Sorry Claud,” she replied quietly. Claudia just stood there and laughed quietly to herself. The guys did the dance routine and like always, they argued on who screwed up, you know..the usual.After about an hour, the guys had their break and Sat down with the girls. “So Laur, Claudia told me that she taught you and Nikki the dance to ‘I Say Yeah,” Greg said while giving her a devilish grin. “Yeah…what about it?” Laurie replied quietly. “Let’s see it!” Chris chimed in as he lifted Nikki off of her seat. “Yeah c’mon,” Frankie said as he looked at Nikki and smiled. “Greg, umm..incase you didn’t notice, I can’t exactly dance..my leg, remember?” Laurie said as she pointed to her leg cast. “Well…” Greg said as he took a couple minutes to think. “You could just sing and Claudia and Nik can do the dance,” Greg said with a smirk once again reappearing on his face. Laurie sighed and walked out to where Nikki and Claudia were standing. Claudia put on the music, but turned it down a little so that you could hear Lauren singing. It started and everyone else sat down and watched the 3 of them “perform.” (Claud and Nikki chimed in when it was time for the chorus) “It’s not so complicated, not reinvent the wheel, just let me know how you feel,” Laur sang as she, Nikki and Claudia did the pelvic thrusts. “Oh God, Greg is sooo dead,” Laurie smiled to herself. Then Greg’s part in the song came on. “If you say alright, then I will say okay, I will take your hand, and we can fly away,” Laurie sang as she walked over and pretended to be Greg. He found that pretty amusing, and pretended to be the fan and started screaming, “Oh Greg, you’re so hott!” and then everyone else started laughing. Half a minute later, the song ended and Laurie, Nikki and Claudia stood there, out of breath. “Good job Nikki!!” Claudia complimented. “Thanks…Claud,” Nikki said, trying to breathe. “Laur, niiice impression! I really thought that you were him for a minute!” Claudia laughed. “Thanks” Laurie replied and smiled. “And as for you,” Laurie smiled as she walked over towards Greg. “You scream like a girl!” she laughed. “Oh really?” He said as he quickly got up and started to slowly walk towards her. “Naw, I was-j-just kidding!” Laurie said sarcastically as she started to back away. She could see past his him and saw that everyone was paying no attention to what was going on. Greg saw that she wasn’t paying attention for a second and didn’t waste any time. He quickly ran up behind her and picked her up. “OH MY GOD! PUT ME DOWN!” Lauren screamed as Greg just held her up there. “Now who’s the one screaming like a girl?” Greg said with a smirk on his face. “I AM A GIRL U DORK!” Laurie screamed back sarcastically. Greg put her down and now everyone was paying attention. “Smooth Greg..reeal smooth..” Matt laughed.
