As we walked out of CVS, I heard a faint ringing. "Greg, ur cell is ringing.." I said. He looked at me with a weird look, and then realized that his cell was ringing. "Damn Laurie! Are you a psychic or something?" he asked. "More like psycho!" Larissa said starting to laugh. "SHUT UP!" I snapped sarcastically. "yeah, there was the time where Laurie came in my house with a ye-" Sara started. "SHUT UP!" I screamed..I knew what she was going to say. Larissa, Cori and Nik all started laughing, because they knew what Sara was gonna say..I just stood there and started to blush. Greg started to talk to his Mom on the cell phone. "Yeah Mom, we're just at the mall..uhuh..okay..I'll talk to you later, bye!" was all we heard of his 5 second convo. with his Mom. Greg saw that I had turned a light shade of purple. "Did I miss something?" he asked, looking at me with a confused look. "Nothing!"I said quickly. Sara, Nik, Cori and Larissa started laughing, but since the guys didn't get it, they just stood there with confused looks. "Anyways.." Matt said, trying to change the subject. "What did ur Mom say?" I asked, finally turning my normal skin color. "She said that we have to go to rehersal..so that means we gotta go.." Greg said slowly. "Oooh..wait..do you think you guys could come with us?" Matt asked eagerly. "Probably..cuz my parents know that I have their cell with me, so if they need us, they can just call" I said smiling. "Okay Cool..." Chris said,"Wait a second..." he started. "What?" Courtney asked curiously. Then in the middle of the mall...Chris screams "I'M HUNGRY!!!" At that moment, it seemed like everyone(again) stopped what they were doing and looked at us. "Chris you are such an idiot!" Frankie said. "Oh God.." I moaned. "But I'm HUNGRY!!" he screamed again. "Fine!! We'll go eat something at the Food Court okay??" Courtney said, trying to keep a straight face. "Well uhh.." Matt started,"You, Chris, Greg and Laurie can go get food but umm..I think we'll leave now and um..meet you at the rehersal okay?" he said, speaking for everyone else. "Yeah umm...okay bye!!" Sara said as the other 6 walked away, leaving Courtney, Greg, and me with Chris who was loosing it in the middle of the mall. A couple minutes later, the four of us arrived at the Food Court. Out of nowhere, Courtney looked at Chris and said "what?" Chris, Greg and I gave Courtney a confused look. "Huh?" I asked, confused. "Chris..didn't you just say something?" Cori asked, looking at Chris to reassure her. "Umm..no..I think that was my stomach growling..I told you guys I was hungry!" he said, pointing to his stomach. "Damn Chris! It sounds like you have another person inside there!" I said sarcastically. "Well..you never know.." he replied. "Didn't wanna hear that! Didn't NEED to hear that!" Greg said putting his hands up to his ears. "Oh God.." I sighed as I put my hand on my forehead. "Court..what are we gonna do with these two?" I asked sarcastically. She was about to reply when Chris yanked her arm and pulled her into the line for Sbarro pizza. "Well..I guess we're eating here," I said as I got in line. "Laur," Greg said to me as he pulled me aside from Chris and Courtney. "What?" I asked curiously. "Can we go get pizza from upstairs??" he asked, giving me a devilish grin. "Yeah..hold on," I said, smiling back. I walked over to Courtney who was trying to calm Chris down, because he seemed to be in awe at how many different selections of pizza they had. "Court..I'm goin with Greg to get something upstairs, we'll be back in a couple of minutes, don't leave here 'till we get back!" I said as I walked away towards Greg. "Uhuh..okay," she said as she just stood there and watched Chris. "Okay, let's go," I said flashing him a smile. We were walking and as I went to get on the escalator, I noticed that Greg wasn't next to me anymore. "Greg?" I said, turning around to see where he was. I saw him standing by a beige door, motioning for me to come over. I started to walk over, when I felt someone grab my arm. "What the hell?" I said as I turned around to see who it was. "Hey Lauren," 'Oh god..is it national @$$hole day or somthing?' I thought to myself. It was my other ex-boyfriend Scott.
"Hey Scott.." I said slowly. "Hey babe..how you been 'doin? Not missing me too much I hope," he said smiling. He had always been really full of himself, and I couldn't remember why I ever went out with him. Greg was still standing by the door, and again, noticed that I really needed him to come over and help me out in my little "situation." I just stood there when Greg came over. "Hey..is there a problem here?" Greg said looking at Scott. "No, no problem at all..I'm just talking to my girl," Scott said looking at me and smiling. "Scott...we're NOT going out anymore..now go the hell away!" I said walking away. Scott just stood there, stunned. "Oh my God.." I said to Greg. "Who was that?" Greg asked curiously. "It's my other ex-boyfriend Scott..he's such an @$$..God I hate him! He cheated on me, so I dumped him..and he denied it and ~*ugh*~ I swear it's national @$$hole day!" I said about a millionmiles a minute. Greg looked at me, trying to understand everyting I had just said. "Aww..poor baby..b-b-but you don't think I'm an @$$hole d-do you?" Greg asked me the puppy-eyed look. "No, of course not..I'm just getting really fustrated. "I know what will make you feel better," he said as he bent down and kissed me. "Yeah..that worked.." I said smiling at Greg. A couple seconds later, a security guard walked up next to us. "Ahem.." he said, trying not to be rude. "What are you doing?" he asked us quietly. "I was umm..giving her CPR 'cuz umm..she got a piece of food stuck in her throat..so umm..yeah I mean, you can't let someone die over a stupid thing like that now can you? But umm..yeah see ya later! bye!" Greg said as he grabbed my arm and we both started to run as fast as we could back to Sbarro. When we finally reached there, both of our faces were red, and Courtney and Chris looked at us like we were nuts. "Are you guys okay?" Chris asked walking over to us. Greg just walked over to a small wooden chair in the corner and sat down."Guy..fight..police..ugh" was all I could say before I colapsed onto Greg's lap. "Here Laur," Courtney said, giving me a sip of her Diet Coke. "Aahh.." I said, giving a relieving sigh. "That sounds really bad, considering the position you two are in right now.." Chris said trying not to laugh. "Chris.."Greg started,"If I weren't tired as hell right now, I would get up and whoop ur @$$" "Guys..chill!" Courtney exclaimed. "We have to get going if you guys want to make it to your rehersal on time," she said as she grabbed her and Chris's coats and stood by the exit. "Hold up, I'm gonna call my Mom to tell her to get the car," Greg said as he pulled out his cell phone.
We walked out of the big glass doors to see Mrs. Raposo waiting with the car, and Sara, Jesse, Frankie, Nik, Larissa and Matt waiting along with her. "I thought you guys went to the rehersal?" I asked in a confused tone. "We were gonna, but then we decided not to," Matt said calmly. "Oh okay," I replied. "Come on guys! We gotta get going now or else we'll be really late, and you know that Claudia doesn't like it when we're late," Mrs. Raposo said, motioning for us to get in the car. Somehow, we managed to fit all 10 of us into Mrs. Raposo's car. "Okay guys..it's about an hour drive from here, so all of ya'll can relax," and we were off back to NYC.
