Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to the Albert Thomas Middle School Cougar Band!  Our primary goal here is to help all students reach their potential as musicians.  It is our hope to share and motivate students to experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from playing a musical instrument and being a part of a team.  Music can be a very important part of a child's intellectual, emotional and social development and we feel very fortunate to be a part of this process. 

Please take the time to read and understand the information contained on this site.  The policies and procedures outlined here will directly affect all students in the ATC Band program.  We have carefully outlined the policies so that everyone understands these rules ahead of time.  We are sure that you will find these guidelines fair and reasonable.  The system outlined is designed to help instructors maintain a conducive learning environment for all students in the ATC Band program.
