After The Punchline was formed in the summer of 2002.When founders Tim and Jimmy met in another band.They soon quit un-happy with the bands style of music.They then formed the band A New Hope.With there drummer Brian who did not like to practice,then jimmy and tim got down alot of songs but never practiced with a drummer.Brian quit because he said they were stubborn jerks who never helped him when they did.So the decided to change there name and get a new drummer.At first they tried to get jimmy's friend John.But because he was playing football he did not want to be in it.Then they tried to get Andy but Andy did not want to be in the band.So finally after all the hard work they got Tim's friend Andrea to play for them.
