Kian: Mark is very funny - you can be in tears laughing at Mark if he's in the right mood. But he likes to spend time on his own, chilling out in his room watching TV, or going for a long walk.
Shane: He's very quiet, and can be very shy until you get to know him. He likes his privacy, but is a totally genuine guy, with no bull about him. And he loves singing - he sings all day. He's got such a brilliant voice.
Nicky: Mark is very laid back. He's quiet until you get to know him, then he can be quite mad! He's a really cool guy, and nothing bothers him unless he's overtired! He's a really cool guy and very talented. I love his voice - I'd kill for a voice like his!
Bryan: He likes to do his own thing, and he's always giving our tour manager, Anto, heart attacks, because he's so good at disappearing into a crowd! But he loves music and has an amazing voice. Mark is the tall, dark, sensitive one in the band. He can be quite shy, but he is affectionate and funny once he decides that you're his friend. He's a bit of a home bird, and his friends and family in Sligo are very important to him - which is why he always seems to have a phone growing out of his ear! One of his pet hates is morning time, and it takes him a while to get going if the band have an early start. But he usually manages to catch up on a few Zs in the back of the van, on the plane, skiing down the side of Mount Everest - only joking! He loves singing in the shower, and is a huge fan of singers like Left Eye from TLC and Mariah Carey..." Maybe that's why they teamed up for Against All Odds?
