The show wasn't until 8, but i had to be there at 4. I had a chance to go thru the sound checks with them and after Rick did his, he offerd me a seat at his kit. I took a seat, but was too stunned to do anything. I guess you could say i was really star struck.
A few months later they took a short break and i was able to visit with Rick again. Needless to say i enjoyed that visit much more caus i wasn't so nervous. He gave me some pointers as to how better set up my drum kit and what his out look is. I had a lot of fun that week. I still talk to the guys once and a while, but not as often as i would like."
