11/10/03 Good news! We've lined up a slot this Saturday at The Recher Theater in Towson, MD. It's one of our favorite venues to play, and we've decided to include Saturday's show in our long-awaited-highly-anticipated DVD. As far as the DVD goes, its going to have everything from a documentary about the band to short films and music videos, all tied in with four different LUZER concerts spanning the music from all of our albums. This Saturday's show will be the second of these four concerts, so come on out and then next year when you pick up your DVD you can go through and pick the back of your head out of the audience to impress your friends. That game, entitled "Pick Your Head Out Of The LUZER DVD" will take on a life of its own, becoming a cultural phenomenon, and you all will become celebrities. So you see the importance of being in the audience Saturday right? The future of man depends on you all...we hope you make the right choice...or else we have no chance against the machines...

In other news, we'll be heading back into the studio tomorrow after nearly three months away to commence work on the new album again. We've also got a show up in North Jersey that should be a fun time tomorrow night. In other words....Towson, Maryland...Haledon, New Jersey....you've been warned....the rock is coming, and it shall destroy the land...

11/6/03 Katmandu was fun last night as usual. Thanks to everyone who came out, especially those of you who drove back from college to catch our set. We've got a couple new dates coming up in the next few weeks up in North Jersey, coinciding with our return to the studio next week to dive back into the new LUZER sessions. We'll be playing a few scattered dates in the first half of November around Jersey on our days off from the studio, but we'll be announcing some east coast dates to follow the sessions soon. In the meantime, head over to our tour page or On Point Management's brand new website for info on our North Jersey appearances on the 11th and 19th. Stay tuned for some new videos and a new look here at LUZERonline.com.

Finally, we've been getting a few e-mails about a band called Quakerbridge whom we were going to be producing their cd. They decided to record their album without our studio wizardry, but we wish them the best of luck. Look for their debut album of pop-punk stylings to drop before Christmas.

10/23/03 First, we'd like to thank those of you who braved the cold Saturday night and stuck around through our set. We also would like to thank the Hamilton Township men in blue for coming out and catching our set. One final thanks goes to the lovely Dr. Thunder, The Fiasco, The Bog, and our favorite threesome Blivit for bringing the rock and the roll to Ellis Farms. Good times were had by all.

In other news, we were rained out a few weeks ago over at Rock Dreams in Mercerville, so we are returning Saturday at noon at Mercerville Shopping Center. It's a free all ages event, so be sure to stop by. Rock Dreams will also be giving away a few free LUZER posters and T-shirts with cd purchases, and we'll be signing stuff after our set. So come on out and request some tunes. A fun time will once again be had by all. Also keep an eye out in The Trentonian tomorrow to see your favorite foursome in black and white print.

Finally, we are returning to Katmandu on November 5 with the finalists of last year's Battle of the Bands (including Stillicide, Bigger Than Plastic, Bridge Street, and Carbon Sun) for a rare full night of good original music in Trenton. It's a 21+ show, but it'd only five bucks to get in, and its the best of the best for New Jersey original music. Head over to our schedule page or Katmandu's website for more info, or just click here to send us an e-mail with "Katmandu Tickets" as the subject for tickets. Also, we are lining up some more shows to bring us through November and December, and will also be heading back into the studio in about three weeks to finish a whole new mess of LUZER tunes. So stay tuned to LUZERonline.com for upcoming shows and brand new LUZER mp3's. Hope to see everyone Saturday!

10/17/03 Hey everyone. Just wanted to remind everyone about tomorrow's show. We're going to be video taping it for the upcoming LUZER DVD, so I know y'all wanna be there to experience Hamilton's rock gods first hand....and then brag in 6 months to all your friends when you can freeze-frame the DVD and point out the back of your head. You'll be the coolest kid on the BLIZOCK.

Also, we're glad to announce that The Bog (formerly Butterworth Bog) will be making their fourth appearance at an Ellis Farm Festival this Saturday, opening the show sharp at 6 pm. So be sure to get there early, and the forecast is actually calling for clear weather for once....clear weather.....AND ROCK! So come out this Saturday night, and enjoy LUZER's set at 9 pm. See y'all there!

10/14/03 We are very happy to announce a last minute concert this Saturday night, October 18. We will be headlining a music fest at Ellis Farms...The "Still Down On The Farm" Music Fest to be precise. Featuring the musical stylings of Philly's own Blivit, as well as Hamilton's own Dr. Thunder making their triumphant return (although 1/4 shy), The Fiasco, and more in addition to your favorite foursome. Here's all the details:

This is an all ages free event, and we'll be playing a lot of our new tunes, including When She Cries (click here for the music video), as well as some old LUZER classics. At 3:30 we would like to invite everyone to the Crosswicks Roast Beef Dinner. This isn't a LUZER appearance, but I'll be damned if that won't be the best homecooked meal money can buy. Old church women are good for a few things, and one of them is cooking. After you 21+er's are done digesting your dinner, head over to McGuinn's in Trenton to catch Bigger Than Plastic at 10 pm, followed by LUZER's set to close out the night. So keep your schedule open this Saturday night to spend a double-header with your favorite foursome.

In other news, we are currently working out some details for a big announcement about some upcoming LUZER projects, as well as a few big upcoming LUZER shows in the central Jersey area, and an appearance and radio interview down in Baltimore. Be sure to check back soon, or sign up on the welcome page for our e-mail newsletter. See you all Saturday back home!

Once again, for those of you missed a week or two of MP3's, we've posted all 10 of the first batch of new LUZER tunes HERE to download, so give them a listen and then visit our polls page using the link above to vote for your favorite new tune!

9/23/03 As promised, replacing our MP3 Of The Week Feature, here is the first new LUZER music video, this one for When She Cries. It features footage from the studio, as well as live performances from across the country from 2003. Enjoy, and come back soon for upcoming videos for "I Want You To Know" and more!

In the meantime, we want to remind everyone that we need your support at this Sunday's "Raise The Roof Festival" at Perry's in Trenton. Once again, all the proceeds from that day will building an all ages Trenton venue, which will be great not only for us, but for the whole central Jersey music scene. So please come out, it will be a fun time!

Finally, for those of you missed a week or two of MP3's, we've posted all 10 of the first batch of new LUZER tunes HERE to download, so give them a listen and then visit our polls page using the link above to vote for your favorite new tune! Your input is always appreciated. So see you all Sunday, and in the meantime enjoy the brand new "When She Cries" music video!

9/16/03 Back up and running and without further ado here is a new MP3 for your collective ass...Her Majesty is a funky new ditty featuring our very good friend Jeremy Dyen of our favorite band in the whole wide world Blivit. We may be ringing in 2004 with a special event with them, so be sure to stop over to the very lovely, the very sexy, Blivit.net and get your fix of the rock bastard. We've also got a couple central Jersey appearances coming up in a few weeks, so be sure to mark September 28 and October 4 on the calendar. We'll have more news on the 4th in a few days, but stop by here for September 28's "Raise The Roof Festival" at Perry's in Trenton. All the proceeds from that day will building an all ages Trenton venue, which will be great not only for us, but for the whole central Jersey music scene. So please come out and support the cause on the 28th, and in the meantime enjoy "Her Majesty".

9/9/03 Hey everyone. Sorry for the lack of updates, but we'd like to thank everyone in Palmerton and Reisterstown this past weekend for coming out to enjoy the musical stylings of LUZER. We're in the midst of getting some brand new video up on the site, but you'll have to bear with us until then because we can't upload on the site until Friday. So come back Friday to get a brand new MP3 Of The Week...and soon following that, some brand new video, including a music video and some footage from this past weekend's music fests. See you soon!

8/29/03 We're getting ready to get back out live with all the new material at a couple music festivals next weekend, and here's one of the new tunes we've been playing, here's this week's MP3 of the Week, a dirty rock ditty entitled I Don't Even Know.

8/22/03 Well last night's interview on WRHU was interesting to say the least. But it did mark the debut of our new LUZER tunes on the airwaves. Including this week's MP3 of the week...LUZER goes Dick Dale style with this one, entitled Baby Blue. We're still leaving our newest single, Hey Jodie available for download for another week, so enjoy the LUZER sweetness. We'll be back with an update early this week with some news on some more radio appearances we'll be making in coming weeks, as well as some upcoming live appearances we're working on for September. Finally we'd like to wish the honorary 6th member of LUZER, Chris Tuccillo, a very happy birthday. Tim gave Chris the entire Rocky DVD collection for his birthday. In response Chris replied "Hey, I let you borrow those months ago." "Ha ha," said Tim. "Ha ha," said Chris. And everyone had a good chuckle.

8/19/03 Well we've been having some website problems this past weekend, but I think everything except the guestbook is back up and running. So first, without further ado, here is the official new LUZER single and this week's MP3 of the Week, Hey Jodie. It is about one of our favorite child stars, Jodie Sweetin, who portrayed Stephanie Tanner for most of our youths on the acclaimed series, "Full House". So Jodie Sweetin, where ever you are, this one's for you. Since we're getting this up a little late, we'll leave this one up for download until NEXT Friday, although we will also have a brand new MP3 Of The Week in 3 days...

...in other news, the Two Thumbs Up Festival was a huge success. Dr. Thunder did a great job putting everything together, and all the bands rocked. The show raised nearly 2 grand for the Ryan Mullaly Second Chance Cancer Fund, and we'd like to thank all of you who came out and supported a great cause!

Finally, if you've been to our tour page recently, you'll notice we don't have any upcoming shows in the next coming weeks. We're going to busy starting to shop our new material to some labels, as well as working on a couple other projects. We're also doing some radio appearances, including this Thursday on the Hofstra college station WRHU, which is simulcasted on the web at WRHU.org, so be sure to listen online and call in this Thursday from 9-11 pm. For more info click here. In the meantime, be sure to keep coming back to LUZERonline.com every Friday for a brand new free MP3 of our new stuff, and don't forget to listen online this Thursday from 9-11 pm.

8/14/03 Hey. Today at Veteran's Park is the Two Thumbs Up Music Fest, and we want to see all of you coming out to support the Ryan Mullaly Second Chance Cancer Fund. The show starts at 3 this afternoon, and we recommend getting there right when it starts because there's a lot of good bands playing today, but if you can't make it right at 3, we'll be going on at roughly 8:15 pm. So come out and check out The Cryptkeeper 5, Blivit, The Checkers, Liberty Burger, Matt Cusack, Dr. Thunder, Foamhat, and your favorite foursome today at Veteran's Park right in Hamilton. There will be plenty of food vendors, arts and crafts, henna, and all the festivities are taking place by the north entrance right across from Steinert High School on Yardville-Hamilton Square Rd. See you all there!

Also, we have moved the MP3 Of The Week Day to Fridays, and tomorrow we will be announcing the first single that from our newest sessions and releasing it for download right here, so be sure to come back this time tomorrow to download a free copy of LUZER's newest tune.

Finally, we've been having a problem with our guestbook, and we're probably going to switch to a new message board if we can't get it taken care of in the next day or so. So in the meantime, bear with us, and we'll have the LUZER internet community back up and running very soon.

8/7/03 New MP3 Of The Week....finished just hours ago, here's LUZER's BRAND NEW rock n' roll anthem for the new millenium..."I Want You To Know". Wanna hear it live? Make sure to be at Veteran's Park in Hamilton on Thursday, August 14 to catch us headlining the Two Thumbs Up Festival. We'll have some more news in a day or two, so in the meantime give us your thoughts on the new tune. Enjoy! Oh and to answer a guestbook question, Tim's inspiration does come from a lot of his favorite classic rock bands, and also from Anthony Tessein. ;-)

8/1/03 As promised we have an upcoming local all ages appearance, and it's for a good cause. Our good friends in Dr. Thunder are putting together a benefit music festival at Veteran's Park in Hamilton on August 14, and they have asked us to headline the show. There will be plenty of food and good times, and all the funds are going to the Ryan Mullaly Second Chance Fund who died last year of cancer. There will be a three dollar donation, and the music will run from 3 in the afternoon and end with our set, currently scheduled for 8 pm. It's for a really good cause so we hope you all come out and stop by. Also, it will probably be our only all ages local appearance before a lot of you head back to college, and we'll have our new t-shirts and posters, etc. that we'll be giving a portion of money to the fund. So be sure to come out and hear us trying out a lot of our new material live. We'll have more info soon, but again, mark August 14th on your calendar, and head over to Veteran's Park (the north entrance by Steinert, a.k.a. the jungle gym/fun side) to catch some good music for a good cause from 3-9 pm.

Also we've been getting some airplay on 98 Rock in Baltimore, so for all you Baltimore/DC LUZER fans, PLEASE call up and request LUZER. They've been playing a few different songs off of Fake Ass Rock Star, so feel free to request your favorite tune. Also we'll be releasing one of our new songs as a single in a couple weeks, so we'll give you more info on when we can use your help to call and e-mail your requests to some stations in the North East. We're also planning a date in Baltimore for September and a coinciding interview on the air with DJ Mickey Cucchiella on 98 Rock, so stay tuned to LUZERonline, and be sure to stop back Wednesday for next week's MP3 of the Week.

7/30/03 Hey everyone, well at this time next week we will be mixing another five songs that will be available for download right here in the weeks following, but in the meantime here is this week's brand new MP3 Of The Week, So Long, another tune to sing along at our upcoming shows.

And speaking of upcoming shows we are currently lining up a few dates for August, including a not-often-enough all ages hometown show. We'll have details on that this week, and in the meantime enjoy your new LUZER MP3.

7/25/03 Well I just wanted to first thank everyone who caught our sets this past week at Knoebels out in the high hills of Pennsylvania and at The Pontiac Grille on Wednesday. Good times were had, and (blatant merchandise plug) we're glad y'all like our new posters, which INCIDENTALLY are available at all LUZER live appearances. One more shameless plug...this Sunday evening at our regular Philly stomping grounds Abilene, hope to see you all there. And with that out of the way...

Here is a tune that we've been performing live since last November which is simply called Untitled but we loving call it "NaNa". Now you all can sing along at our upcoming shows. Tomorrow we'll be finishing 5 more songs to be mixed in another couple weeks, so stay tuned to the site. We'll also be announcing some August tour dates soon, but we're also going to be keeping busy in August working with a young local band called "Quaker Bridge". Anyway, enjoy the new MP3 Of The Week, and hope to see all you 21 plus-ers at Abilene Sunday...

7/18/03 Here's some new LUZER digital audio for your collective ass...featuring Volk on the lovely electric guitar intro, and Timmy Sean on the classical guitar (with a special thanks to whoever left that guitar at Kisthardt Elementary School five years ago)...without further ado, The New MP3 of the Week, She. Enjoy the rock, and off to the studio we go.

7/10/03 Sorry for the late addition to the New MP3 of the Week but a couple of us have been out filling in with the Mahoney Bros at Hershey Park this week. But as promised, here is the second new LUZER tune in a long, long time "6/8".

7/1/03 Hey everyone! Just got back from the studio mixing the first half dozen new tracks. We'll be back in there in about two weeks to work on the rest of the new stuff (about 15 more tracks or so), but in the meantime as promised here is the first track off the first new album of LUZER material in over two years "When She Cries". The track features a guest appearance by our good friend Tommy Spair on the honky-tonk piano solo, and he did an AMAZING job on it. Anyway, come back again next Tuesday for another BRAND NEW download. Be sure to get this one quick, because it will only be up for this week. Enjoy and tell us what you all think on the 'ol guestbook...r&r...

6/29/03 Hey, just a reminder to stop by Tuesday, July 1, to download the first song off the first new album of LUZER recordings in over two years...and thanks to Ain't It Cool News for this lovely capture of our very favorite Charlie's Angel getting ready to get down to Tuesday's debut of When She Cries...come on girls, try it yourself at home, let's boogie...

6/26/03 Just a quick note, if anyone has any pics from LUZER shows that they would like to see on the site, send them here and we'll be sure to give you credit and many thanks! We're especially looking for shots from our set from this past weekend's LIVESTOCK II festival. Anyway, be sure to check back on July 1st to download the first single off of LUZER's upcoming full length album.

6/25/03 Hey everyone. With some free time this week (finally), I updated the long overdue pics page with about 200 new shots from the last 10 months, as well as our band bio. We'll be updating our individual band member pages this week too, and be sure to stop by next week to download the new LUZER tune "When She Cries" which will be the first song on our new feature "MP3 of the Week". So be sure to come on back to LUZERonline soon, and in the meantime check out all the new pics...r&r...

6/23/03 We'd like to thank everyone for coming out to LIVESTOCK II Sunday and making it the best Ellis Farms music fest yet. A special thanks goes out to all the other bands for coming out and playing a free show to bring the rock n' roll back to the masses, and a very special thanks to the Ellis Family for letting us hold Hamilton's only music fest. It was a great time and we can't wait until Livestock III! There's way too much competition out there in the music scene, and it's nice to hold a free concert that features so much talent and just filled with some of the nicest guys around. So once again thanks to The Checkers, Star Jargon, Late Decision, Butterworth Bog, Dr. Thunder, Cryptkeeper Five, and Blivit (who drove in from Philly to play a free show as a double-header, you guys are so damn swell!)

In other news we just lined up another free outdoor festival in the central Jersey area. We'll be closing Allentown, NJ's weeklong "Freedom Fest" on Saturday, July 5. So come on by and check out two full sets of LUZER rock n' roll. It'll be a fun time. Besides a few other live performances, most of July will be spent in the studio. We finished the music for the first 6 tunes last week, and we'll be going back in Monday to mix them to start shopping to labels. In the meantime, we'll be recording more than 20 brand new songs over the next few months, and starting July 1, we'll be featuring a brand new mp3 once a week, as well as adding some acoustic and live versions of some old LUZER tunes to our mp3.com page. But be sure to stop back on July 1 for the first mp3 from our new recordings, "When She Cries". We'll also be back soon with a load of new pics and some new video, so come back soon...r&r...

6/20/03 Just a quick note, we're on our way to play a gig with our buddies in Blivit in Philly, but tomorrow's festival at Ellis Farms, LIVESTOCK II, is postponed to Sunday due to the forecast for tomorrow. We'll be posting all the details tomorrow, just please spread the word and we'll see you all Sunday!

6/16/03 Hey everyone. Sorry for the lack of updates, but we've been keeping quiet for a little while to make some plans. Anyway, a lot of you have been wondering what we've been up to for the last month, so we are very proud to announce that we are finally back in the studio recording more than 20 new LUZER tunes. We haven't decided exactly what is to become of all the new material, but we'll definitely be putting a nice chuck of new mp3's up on the site in the very near future, so be sure to check back soon. Also we will be testing out some of the new material live for the first time THIS SATURDAY at LIVESTOCK II. We hope to see you all there to catch a full evening of music, including Dr. Thunder, Late Decision, Butterworth Bog, The Cryptkeeper 5, and of course your favorite foursome closing the night at 9 pm. It's all going down at Ellis Farms in Yardville (on Sawmill Rd. across from the YMCA). Visit our schedule page for more details, but the music starts at 3 pm sharp with local punkers Eric's Too Ska For Us, followed by The Checkers and Star Jargon.

Well like we mentioned before, we are back in the studio, which put our DVD on hold for the time being. But stay tuned to luzeronline.com for updates and clips over the next few months, because LUZER LIVE! The Movie is still coming, and its getting better and funnier all the time. Anyway, we'll be back soon with an update, and in the meantime, we hope to see you all this Saturday at Ellis Farms. LIVESTOCK II is not to be missed...
