The drummer was born in South Africa on September 3, 1955.   He was in the group The League of Gentlemen from around the years 1966 to 1967 along with another future Rabbitt member Ronnie Robot.  He was in Conglomeration which was formed around 1968 to 1971.  He joined Rabbitt as their drummer and went through all incarnations of the band except the session lineup.

When Rabbitt split up in 1978, he toured with Peter Frampton for about 6 months and produced one album of his own, "St. Cloud."  He has left the music business and is now a manager for an office furniture company owned by his family.

Update: Neil likes to keep himself in tip-top shape.  He trains with a personal trainer 5 days a week to keep himself in top form. (2008)
