I drew this picture today. This is how I feel now I know that Hecate is going to Talon Nest to impress. Sikassa and Alweds have decided that I am going to go to Talon Nest to try and impress. They seem to have a lot of faith in me.........
My friend Hecate left today, she is going to Talon Nest to try and impress. I hope she does. That is all she's ever wanted. When her parents died my family and the other families of Kryntia did all we could to help her, but she always had her eye on the dragons.
I saw the dragons today, flying overhead. I wanted to be one of them. I wonder if Hecate has impressed yet? I'd sure like to know. I'm probably too old to be a dragon rider. But I would so love to have a dragon to keep me company.
Sikassa, the searchrider for Talon Nest flew down today on her silver Aliweds. She told my castle that Talon Nest has a new clutch on the sands. Apparently Hecate has impressed a Silver called Elidads! Everyone is so happy for her. i also overheard my parents talking to Sikassa. She thinks that I should try and impress. I don't think that I would bond with a dragon though. Nobody seems to like me, let alone a dragon!
I leave for Talon Nest today and I hope that I impress. Heket, the girl that paints the dragons has been chosen too and they think that she might get a gold. We both have to leave now as the runners are packed and ready to go. I will have to pack this away until I get there, but hopefully I will have time to write then.
