So, yeah I know, these entries suck. They all say, Wow! I havn't been on for a long time etc. However, you all have to admit, nearly a year is a long time to update. So, new in my life. I am now a dance instructor. Dream job, who'd of thought. I teach everthing and it is so much fun. It is something I have always wanted to do and it is so amazing that I have the opportunity to actually achieve one of my dreams. As far as time goes, well, I'm self employed. I take care of kids during the day, and then go to the studio at night, so I work 18 hours a day, nearly 7 days a week. I do work 7 days a week though. It is nice to be busy. It gives you a reason to wake up every morning. As far as everything else goes, I'm still doing my art school thing. I should finish in a couple of months, although I've been procrastinating to do my work. Anyway, that's about all that's new in my life. Also, I have written some new stuff. I will be getting it up, so you know, check out my poetry section. Keep on smiling!

Hey everyone... I know that it's been ages since I've written in here... but honestly, I doubt if anyone has even noticed. My life as always, has been extremely hectic. My many jobs came to a hault and I've actually had some time off this week, which I've wasted by staying up all night, getting to sleep at like 5 am and then sleeping until 5 or 6pm. Sucks to be me hah? Work is going to start up again for the public schools on the 7th, and hopefully I'll be back at the radio station soon. I'm also looking into selling cars again. YAY ME!!! It's a hard job but it's hella fun. Pay can be great as hell but it can also suck ass. All commision... not to mention how bitchy and competative men get. Anyway. School went great... 4.0 again. Art school... A's... and yeah. That's my life for the moment. I havn't had time to do much writing, and I've drawn a lot but my scanner's a piece of shit and only lets you scan small things and even those scan like my ass. Anyway... I'm going to try and get some of my new stuff up. Well, I'm outta' here for now. Hit me up if you all get a chance. It's nice to know that some of you out there still actually read this. I hope to hear from all of you soon. CIAO!!!

gn="center"> 5 February, 2004 The Oyster

There once was an oyster
Whose story I tell,
Who found that some sand
Had got into his shell.
It was only a grain,
But it gave him great pain.
For oysters have feelings
Although they're so plain.

Now, did he berate
The harsh working of fate
That had brought him
To such deplorable state?
Did he curse at the government,
Cry for election,
And claim that the sea should
Have given him protection?

No--he said to himself
As he lay on a shell,
Since I cannot remove it,
I shall try to improve it.
Now the years have rolled around,
As the years always do,
And he came to his ultimate
Destiny--stew.

And the small grain of sand
That had bothered him so
Was a beautiful pearl
All richly aglow.
Now the tale has a moral;
For isn't it grand
What an oyster can do
With a morsel of sand?

What couldn't we do
If we'd only begin
With some of the things
That get under our skin.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Damn, 2004 already. It seems like the older I get, the faster time goes by. I hope that everyone has a wonderful year filled with laughter, smiles, and happiness. I also hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Things are going well in my realm. The black hole in my car seems to have grown a ton. Lets see... anything new... not a whole lot. I'm not working at the jewlery store any longer. I'm waiting to hear from a local radio station. I hope I get it. That would be fun as hell, and I would be around one of the number one loves of my life. MUSICA. Music is my life. I don't believe I could get through a day without it. I finally got some of my recent... poetry crap up. I hope you all check it out. Other than that, I'm out people. I'll write you all more later! Keep on smiling!!!

30 September, 2003

Hi everyone! For this day, I wanted to post a congradulations to my buddy Vanessa. She had a beautiful baby girl, named Erika Trinity Medina. Here's a pic of her only 2 or 3 days old that I fixed up for Vanessa in Photo Shop. Isn't she beautiful???

28 September, 2003

Okay guys, here we are again, back to the weekend of the 20th. As we laugh our way into Albuqueruqe because of the GT Even (told you we are pathetic), my mom decides to take my little brother to a cell phone store, that just happens to clothes at 5. We pull into the parking lot at 4:59 and they are about to lock up the doors when all of us topple over eachother to get out of my mom's conversion van and to the door on time. Now, this wasn't just Yas, my mom, my brother and myself, this also included my step-dad and other brother. As the people laugh at us, I guess they feel sorry for us and leave the door open. After that we head on out to the fair, but only after a stop to McDonald's where we all got to eat with a man only a table away hacking up hairballs, NO KIDDING! We get to the fair, find a parking... skip across the street, enter the fair, and appear to be normal. That is until we go into this mercado type building where Yas and I roam around aimless and glare evily at the cute guys working, and plot how we should kidnap them, even. heh. After, we split up w/my family and split to the midway. We waste 20 bucks... 20... on a stupid ride pass worth 20 rides. We are pumped! We are like... hell yeah! We can go on everything! We get on the first ride, and our stupid little... uh... whatever it was wouldn't spin. The second ride... well Yas is all, it seems boring (the spider) We're cool... but on the 10th or 15th time around our necks kinda started hurting. Then they stop the ride and leave us at the top, upside down... talk about sore necks! With the kids behind us laughing because we'd screamed the whole time. The next ride we get on, we panic when we get into our seats cuz' there is like 4 bugs there! After the man laughs at us, I sit down, and then Yas (I'm bigger than Yas). The man asks us... "Are you SURE you want to sit like that???" and we both stared at him blankly... then I realized he ment to switch sides the person on the left would be pushed into the person on the right. Well we switch and the ride starts... only after I realize my cell phone is clipped onto my right side, on the inside of my pants... Yas ends up squishing me and stabbing my platter the whole time! By the end of the ride, her legs were knumb from pushing herself to the left side, and my side was left with the indent the shape of my phone (buttons included). The next ride we got on was this one ride kinda' like the sea dragon, except your feet are hanging out. Stupid me wore sandles, so I had to take those off. Yasmina gets the bright idea of sitting in the very front. As it starts going we panic that the stupid things that hold us, wont hold our weight. We panic and start screaming, until we notice that we are upside down. Then we start yelling "Oh shit... I hate you... fuck fuck fuck... oh my God! It's going to break, we're going to die... shit shit shit". As we are yelling this, the guys on the opposite side that can see us perfect are having a wonderful time laughing at us. As we get off the ride, some of the people who were watching stand their and smirk at us as we pass them. But do you think that stopped us? No... we continued to get on every ride we could. By ride 10 we were... well... just trying to use up the damn bracelets! This included the kids little fun houses... and the ferris wheel, which the man wouldn't mark off our bracelets. Not like the ferris wheel actually went around one full time but oh well. As we walk around the midway trying to see what else we can waste the stupid bracelets on, one of the game guys tells us, to play, that for 5 bucks, he'd give us 8 darts. I told him that I didn't have five bucks, and he said, oh come on, and so I told him... look, I give you five bucks, and you give both my homegirl and I a puppie (the prize). He's all, I can't do that. So I told him, then I can't give you my five dollars. So finally he aggreed to give us both puppies if I hit a star. I throw my 4 darts and hit the outline of a star, Yas' just bounce off. So, after trying to get hers to stick for about ten minutes he says, too bad. And I say... nuh uh! You said if either one of us hits a star we get the puppies. He then tries to say he said the yellow middle part, I said nuh uh, you said star and I hit the black part... so after about 5 minutes of that argument, Yas and I leave with our puppies, which we named GT (mine) and Even (Yas'). Now after that, I've already recieved like 10 phone calls from grandma telling me my mom couldn't find me and that I better get my ass to the Spanish Villege to meet my mom. Thing is, Yas and I were already in mid line to get on another ride. So as we stood there hoping for the line to move, we notice six girls in front of us, dancing and goofing around. Yas and I were... look at them, they're so lucky! They were so thin and pretty!... well, as we hung out, we noticed that they were pared off... as couples! They were les' chicks.... so we got to stand there and watch them kiss and what not... When we get up and into the ride, we see this super cute guy in front of us... as the ride start, the whole time she yells, yeah baby, oh yeah, more, faster, oh yes... just to be stupid and loud enough for EVERYONE to hear. After we got off the ride, we both tried to take off our bracelets withh 9 more rides left on them so we could give them to someone. We're dumb hah. That didn't exactly work out, and I guess we shoulda' known it wouldn't. So we end up tossing them on the floor and regretting how stupid we were to have wasted 20 bucks on THAT. What a nite! And that's about all that happend. Yas and I met up with my mom, shuffled to the car with our sore necks. I guess we got whipplash from riding the rides one after another. But, that was our trip to the fair. I hope you all find it at least somewhat humerous! I'll be back later with more!!!

27 September, 2003

Hello peeps. What up? I've finally gotten back into the reutene of writing on here. Can you all believe that? Okay, next story, this takes place about a week after the GT story. So, Yasmina and I are on one of our walks downtown... that's what she and I do to kill time, we go walking aimlessly downtown up and down the streets, and looking into shops. Well, on this particular day, she and I had decided to go on one of those new, super strict diets. Neither one of us had had anything to eat, and all we had had to drink was water. As we walk down the street... this really hot guy steps out steps out from one of the clubs, and in front of us. He starts walking the same direction we are... now this guy was built... well suddenly, he stops, turn around, says hi to both of us, and goes in the opposite direction. As pathetic as Yas and I are, we take a big sniff of the air... God... let me tell you, that dude smelt good. We soon forgot about him and continued walking down the street. As we laugh our way past a Mustang, GT EVEN!, we notice these perfect looking plastic fruit in one of the windows... Remember, we hadn't eaten in all day lol, the two of us are too busy staring at the plastic fruit to notice a couple really cute guys pass us. By the time we did see them it was too late, they had already noticed how pathetic we are, and laughed as we drooled over the plastic fruit in the store window. hehe we are such dorks! Well that was our night... a Mustang, GT EVEN and some plastic fruit. But hey, life's great, what can I say??? Well, I'm out for now. Tomorrow I'll fill all of you in on our trip to the state fair. Have fun gente, and remember, it's not JUST a Mustang, it's a Mustang, GT EVEN!

26 September, 2003

Okay, so, I'm going to take us back to a few weeks ago... lets say, fiesta weekend. For those of you not from Santa Fe, that was the weekend of the 4th... actually fiestas is for that Thursday till Sunday. (I guess I shoulda put this before the GT story hehe, but I HAD to put the GT story up. hehe. Anyway, fiesta weekend... lol. Lets start with ZOZOBRA (Thursday night). First, lets get a little bit of the history of Zozobra out... basically he's a giant marianette that we burn at the begaining of fiestast to do away with all the bad from the year. Now when you're actually there, and all the lights are off, and everyone (which is like thousands of people) are chanting "BURN HIM! BURN FUCKER BURN!" it gets kinda'... what's the word I'm looking for... scarry! Well, we're standing there at the very front of Zozobra, and there is little 14 year old behind us, that I happend to know. I used to watch his little sister... well while all of us are chanting he asks for a cigarette. We give him and his friends one and they break it. Anyway, we are standing there and they finally start to burn Zozobra. Well as things start to happen, the little boy behind my homegirl and I (it was her first burnign hehe), starts saying, "this is my favorite part, watch, hands, down, bow... fire... dance... spin, BOW!". Yasmina and I turn around and look at him. We ask him to shush up, but he wont. He then says "legs up, step back, spin, spin, spin... extend arms! bow bow!" So we grab the cigarette, light it, and hand it over to him to shut him up." But, after a few of those "puffs", he's back to his crap. I then proceed to hold my hand over his mouth. Ahhh... silence at last! Well after that, as we weave our way out of the park and almost get trampled and pushed into the dirt and sand known as the Santa Fe River, we are walking downtown and notice the most beautiful Mustang, GT. We are like, "WOW, that's "Nick", that's "Nick"! Hell the guy kinda' looked like him, (remember that "Nick's" name was changed to protect his... uh dorkeyness... and remember that this story takes place before the GT story) anyway, we walk around amelessly downtown looking for nice Mustang GT's, while everyone else is going to the clubs. So... as we walk, we stop and stand in the middle of the street at a stop sign. This group of guys from Albuquerque yells to us... "uh... are you guys lost?"... So, Yasmina and I kinda' wander out of the street and over to them, and they ask us where the good clubs are and if we want to join them. That's when we realized... damn... we're pathetic. We gave the guys fake names and the guys told us... you all are so nice, most girls around here lie to us. We felt horrible and walked our pathetic selvs back to our GT car, remember GT means Ghetto Tin, and to my house to watch tv. Our great nites lol.

But anyway, I have more stories! I just have to type them all, there's a ton of them. I intend on getting pictures for you guys too. Lets see what happens when the time comes to get it on here. Anywya, I believe this entry is long enough for today, I'll have another one up tomorrow. Lataz!!!

17 September, 2003

Damn!!! *peers down to the last entry* It's been how long since my last update??? Where the hell have I been? Hmmm... maybe there is a black hole deep inbetween all the crap I have in my car... or maybe I have let this site... well age without me lol. I guess work and school just got to me. Damn! lol. Anyhow, I'm sorry. To all of you out there that still love me enough to visit this site every once in a while to kill time, THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU ALL!!! hehe.

Lets see, nuevo en mi vida... I'm not working at the day care any longer... yes, I said goodbye to my beloved children. I miss them all terribly. I sell cars now... well did. I quit that job and am currently waiting to hear from the other car dealers in town. It's a crazy job, but hey, somebody has to do it, right? Oh yeah, big news, I'm not a teenager anymore *tear* I'm 20!!! hurray for me!!! wohoo! Well, that happend last month. The 30th to be exact, but I'm still excited, what can I say? I'm just a big kid.

OoooOOoo I have a funny story for you guys! The other night, my homegirl and I were out cruising (pathetic, I know) but we met a couple of guys in a really nice looking Maxima with nice rims and all. Well, we ended up pulling over and chillin' for a bit. The passanger got down and started talking to me, and the driver goes to the other side of my car and talks to my buddy. Well during the conversation "Nick" (name changed for privacy of ummm... the dork hehe)mentions that he likes my car, I of course smile and say thanks, and then ask if HE has a car. Nick then says, yeah I do! I'm thinking, okay, he has a car, that's a good thing (hell I'm not picky, honest, I'm not!). I say, oh really? that's kewl, he then says, "yeah I have a Mustang, it's a GT even" (said in this chicano type voice w/thug accent hehe). Damn... he said that sentence with so much pride. So I'm sitting here thinking. Damn... okay, he's got a decent ride, not bad, not bad, que no? Well a week later we go to chill at "Nick's" house. As we follow his friend's nice Chevy truck, and pull up to "Nick's" driveway, we see this 80's Mustang, rusted, bent out of shape, beat up piece of crap car sitting there. My homegirl says hey... is that the "Mustang, GT even"? We both crack up. Of course we didn't say anything about it, but it really was funny. We determined that "GT even" stands for "Ghetto Tin even" hehe. So now, because we're pathetic and all, everytime we see a Mustang, we say, HEY LOOK! IT'S A MUSTANG, GT EVEN!

hehe The thought of that still makes me laugh... I dono, maybe you would have had to hear the way he said it, but you all have to admit, it is funny! Well, for now that's all I have, I believe, but uh, I'll be back! For sure this time! And um, don't forget about me in my own little realm over here. Enjoy my dingy life, and remember, STAY HAPPY!!!

27 October, 2002

I know it has been forever and a day since I've updated and I am terribly sorry. The reason I havn't had a chance to is because I am taking 17 credit hours in school and working full-time, and trying to fit in homework and ugh. Lets just say I have no social life anymore. My time is spent with my nose in books. I'm going to school Mondays through Saturdays and yeah. Well, that's the updated version of my life. Oh almost forgot... big news... I'M GOING TO SEE NELLY, I'M GOING TO SEE NELLY!!! I'll get back to all of you with all the details right after the concert. I've also written a lot more stuff and have WAY WAY WAY more art to put up. Things are looking bright for this site... also I've taken some new pictures, so as soon as I fix my computer well enough to where I can install the scanner, I'll get you some new, updated pix. By the way... my hair's short and strait now... hehe :o)
