The Timber Woods
The Timber Woods is a band from the small town of Garden, Michigan. They sing mostly about trees, animals, and anything positive dealing with the environment. Being that there is very little to do in their town, they got bored one night and decided to start a band. The original group consisted of Kristi Thill, Sara Dufour, and Amy Parkinson. Kristi took on the role of being the crazy one. She writes a lot of the songs and is one of the lead singers. Sara is the band’s lead guitarist. She is also a backup singer in some of the songs. Her hard working attitude has helped her form into the leader of the band. Amy is the other lead singer. Her cockiness and bad girl image makes her work seem meaningful. The band pretty much found success immediately. After a few days they decided it would be necessary to expand. They then hired Wendy Spaulding and Amber Tatrow. Wendy is the back up singer and occasionally plays the guitar. She added a very interesting, but likable sound to the band. Amber became the tuff drummer. She can not only beat on the drum but she will also beat up anyone that messes with the band. Eventually as sales skyrocketed they decided it was time to hire a manager. Sassy Cassie was the perfect fit for the job, she is very good at handling the responsibilities dealing with the important matter of the band. Meet the band:
Kristi Thill
Crazy Kristi is a senior at Big Bay de Noc High School. She is one of Timber Woods lead singers and performs many crazy acts. She enjoys playing sports and hanging out with the band. Kristi is the all-time chugging champion. She can fit into tight and tiny spaces with ease. She is most famous for doing super crazy and risky acts.
Amy Parkinson
Bad Amy is a freshman at Big Bay de Noc High School. She is one of the lead singers on the band and she carries a gangster attitude. Amy enjoys playing sports and drinking Mountain Dew. She never wins the Mountain Dew chugging contests. Although, she still continues to participate in this activity. I guess some people will just never learn.
Sara DuFour
Talented Sara is a senior at Big Bay de Noc High School. She is the lead guitarest and is very laid back. Sara keeps the band working and focused on perferming well. Sara enjoys messing around on her guitar and hanging out. Sara is full of talent and guides us to stardom.
Wendy Spaulding
Sassy Wendy is a senior at Big Bay de Noc High School. She is back up singer and plays the guitar. She likes to cut loose and lay it all on the line. Wendy enjoys hanging out with the band and playing basketball. She has the voice of an angel. Wendy is most famous for her hit "Reality."
Amber Tatrow
Tuff Amber is a junior at Big Bay de Noc High School. She plays the drums for the Timber Woods and can kick anyones butt! Amber likes playing volleyball and basketball. Amber doubles up as both a drummer and a bodyguard. If you have a problem with the Timber Woods, then you will deal with Amber.
Manager Cassie Frankovich
Sassy Cassie is a freshman at Big Bay de Noc High School. She is the band's manager and camera Woman. If you have any questions about the bands music or video tapes, contact her. She isn't afraid to say whats on her mind, and if there's a fight around, it's probably her! She is awesome with a video camera. She makes our tapes look even better than what they actually are.
