media play fall through

Well, let's just say that those of us that showed up in Media Play in Rockford, IL, on August 11th, for the Factory 81 signing probably left pretty dissapointed. There were no members of Factory 81 signing things! Infact some of us found signs up around the store saying that the In-store appearance had been cancled. That is exactly what happened, but I bet some of you are wondering why. Here is the honest to God truth:

The tour bus pulled in shorty before 1pm for the signing and Factory 81's busy manager came off the bus to talk to the manager of Media Play. Well, the manager of Media Play never set up for the signing because "it was never confirmed." Yet, for some odd reason there were signs up everywhere. Odd. Well, Factory 81 was basically told that they weren't wanted in the store, so they should leave. Bill came out for a little while and was standing in the entrace talking to my friend and I. The bus sat outside of the store for a while and then pulled out and left for the club.

The whole mess pissed me off to no extent, and I have decided to boycott Media Play. So I have made the below image for all of you out there that have webpages and want to join the effort.
