Rose Marie Burris

My Grandma was my rock she helped
me through some tough times when
my life was not so good. The thing
I miss most about her is the talks
we had. She understood everything
and always gave such good
advice. It was her who took me to
church on Sundays as a child.
GOD BLESS YOU GRANDMA I LOVE YOU

I hope there is a kitchen in Heaven,
for my Grandmother when she gets there.
Most of her life she spent baking,
cookies and rolls made with care.

There must be a Heavenly oven,
a place where angels can bake.
Where my Grandmother will wear a gold apron,
and make a rich angel cake.

The tables will be solid marble,
with dishes of silver and pearl.
Where bakers in their shiny halos
will roll out a pie in a whirl.

There must be a kitchen in Heaven,
waiting for Grandmothers like mine.
They will never stop cooking and baking,
as long as there are Angels to dine.

My little cousin Brittany found
this and asked me to add it to
grandmas page.

Take one cup of kindness.
Mix it well with love.

Add a lot of patience
and faith in God above.

Sprinkle very generously
with joy,thanks and cheer.

Then you'll have lots of
"Angel Food Cake" to feast on all year.
