Our friend Chris 2 was an Army Captain who served in Iraq a few years ago. In Baghdad, he stumbled across a puppy, starving alone in the streets, dodging bombs and fire and such, and decided to rescue her and bring her back.
Barkley is the Iraqi refugee who was given to us when Chris could no longer keep her. She is very sweet, but also very wild, and it is often a struggle to keep her under control.
