Haldir
Haldir is an elf that lives in The Golden Wood. When the Fellowship first went there he was sent to go and get them. And in the book that is the only part that he played. But in the movie he was the leader of the elven force sent to the Battle of the Hornburg. He unfortunately dies in the battle, but he was an extraordinary fighter and leader.
