Old wine cellar
Me and my partner "Ron" had to make a 6'x 8'old wine cellar (which is inside the building with an approx. 3'x 3' square hole in the floor) into a 8'x 12' basement suitable to contain a furnace, hotwater tank, and water softener system. We only had 2' of head clearance (since from dirt floor to bottom of the building floor was 6', wall was only 4' high) to work in. The rocks you see had to be busted out and removed by hand, and then we had to dig with shovels the desired room dementions. Little did we know the dirt....was CLAY! Very heavy stuff to dig and lift over our shoulders and into the space between the top of the wall and the existing floor of the main building.
...."New Basement... AFTER"!!
The Tree House.....
Oddly shaped would'nt you agree. This was fun.
Donkey Barn......
This was another fun job till the customer kept changing his mind about many things....took longer than it should of but THATS why we get paid by the hour and not the job itself...something learned when dealing with the public.
