BokChoy Home Recipes: Chocolate Covered Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 head of bok choy
- 6 ounces chocolate
- chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, or cashews -optional)
Necessary Equipment
- 1 nonstick saucepan
- wax paper
- Separate and wash the Bok Choy leaves. Do not remove the leaves from the stalks.
- Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
- Heat chocolate in the pan until runny, but not boiling.
- Place wax paper and optional chopped nuts (if used) near the stove.
- Hold the Bok Choy leaf at the leaf end and dip the in the chocolate.
- Dip in chopped nuts (if desired) and place on wax paper.
