Poetry By Willow Dancer

"Sisters"

A common thread brings us together
from a mothers loom of peace and grace,
an odyssey of love and light
has brought us to this place.

Like the silver sands in an hourglass
from the magick shores of Avalon,
the silken cords that bind us
since the times before the dawn.

Summon secrets locked from memory
the comfort of a candle in the night,
an alliance forged with wisdom
twinned spirits in spectral flight.

We sang the songs of sisterhood
and cast our tears upon the sea,
it's not by chance we meet again
but the way it shall always be.
