The JS Bill of Working Rights
All persons naturally born with juniors shall have the freedom of working. No fellow Junior shall make or enforce any counter work which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of the original caller; nor shall any Junior deprive any other Juniors of the right to work, without due process of JS law; nor deny any Junior within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the JS laws. Once a working opportunity is identified, all Juniors are eligible to call for working rights. The first Junior to make a call, hereby denoted as the original caller, shall be given a reasonable time period to complete his work; should the work become unfavorable during this period, it is the Junior's privilege to relinquish his shield on the work; the work shall then be free to be worked upon. However, in the event that the work consciously choose out of free will to employ a Junior other than the original caller during his alotted time period, special immunities shall be granted to this fellow Junior only if no JS laws were infringed; shall the work work and grant employment to another Junior, the original caller is required by JS law to accept the work decision and hand over the rights to the work. In any other case, the work shall be made free for all should the original working period end and/or no full time employment agreement has been established.
