(We are at a WIF house show, and a match between two of WIF's up and coming young superstars has just finished. The crowd are silent, awaiting what is next to come. After a short commercial break, the cameras go to Jim Ross and Jerry 'The King' Lawler at ringside)
Jim Ross: "Welcome back ladies and gentleman, and what a show it has been so far. A few Smackdown Promos here and there, as well as the two matches we have seen so far. However, the night seems to get better and better, as during the break, we were informed that Howard Finkle has an important announcement to make."
Jerry Lawler: "That's right JR, but knowing Finkle, he's prbably ready to announce the discovery of another bald patch."
Jim Ross: "Well whatever the announcement is, we'll find out in just a moments time."
(The cameras switch from the commentary table, and focus on the ring as Howard Finkle enters with a microphone. The fans don't have a clue what the announcement is, nor does anyoe else for that matter. Finkle gets ready to speak as the fans quiten down to listen to what he has to say.)
Howard Finkle: "Ladies and Gentlemen, during the break, I was requested by the WIF President to make an important announcement concerning a new WIF Superstar."
Jim Ross: "Wow, this is big news, another new WIF Superstar."
Howard Finkle: "The WIF has reportedly been trying to snatch this superstar for a long while now, and the task has finally been accomplished. Some respect this man for his ability, and others even call him a legend. Undoubtedly, no other wrestler should be compared to this superstar, as he is truly unique. But now, without further ado, may I be the first to introduce to you, the newest member of the Wrestling Idols Federation....."
(There is a short five second pause after Finkle says this, when suddenly, drum beats and music starts up, as the letters 'HBK' flash up one by one on the titantron, and the 'Sexy Boy' theme blasts through the sound system. The loudest cheer in WIF history is heard, as fans raise to their feet, realising that the superstar is none other than...)
Howard Finkle: "The Heartbreak Kid, SHAWN MICHAELS!"
(The music continues to play as Shawn Michaels himself struts onto the stage. He is wearing his red and white 'Heartbreak Kid' pants. The fans are still going wild for Shawn, as he walks down the ramp, slapping the hands of fans with a huge smile on his face. At the end of the ramp, Shawn stops, and points with both hands towards his pants, signalling that the Heartbreak Kid is back, and better than ever. He then walks up to the steel ring steps, and enters the ring via the second rope. He spins around in the ring a couple of times with his hands in the air, before stepping back, and delivering his usual pose; leaning to one side, flexing his muscles, as red and white fireworks shot back and forth behind him. With the fans still standing and cheering, Shawn takes a look around, and realises the atmosphere around him. He then gladly accepts the microphone from Howard Finkle, and addresses the fans.)

Poses For The Fans |
Shawn Michaels: "I've been wanting to say this since the moment I stepped through that curtain, and damn it's good to be back! No-one thought I could do it, not a single person. Not even myself at one point. But step by step, I worked myself back to full fitness, and now I'm back and better than ever. And what a final step to take, an official contract for the Wrestling Idols Federation. I feel like I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. I'm back, and I'm going to love every minute of it. But enough of the small talk, down to business. I can see a few old faces from the past. The Hardy Boyz, Kane, The Rock, Chris Jericho. The list goes on. But there are two people in particular that I will never forget. The first, none other than that ass-kicking machine himself, the Undertaker. I've wrestled many matches against Taker, back in his 'Phenom' days, and I can tell you here and now, every one was a headliner. I mean, of course they were. I'm the man who makes the headlines. I'm the showstopper, the icon, the main event. A main event just isn't a main event without Shawn Michaels in it. Undertaker, I'm sure we'll have many more battles down the line, and those are days I look forward to. Now onto the second superstar. You might have guessed it before I even mention his name. Love him or hate him, the man I have to comment on next, is none other, than The Game, Triple H! Now, I know that some despised him back in the WWE, but it seems as if you all love him here. Triple H, I know that you're probably watching this somewhere, and there's something I've got to get off my chest. We've sure had a rollercoaster of a friendship. Our relationship is probably the most talked about in wrestling history, maybe even outside wrestling. But how about it Triple H. We've been fooling around one minute, and then fought against each other the next, but let's stop this ride, and get off. I no longer want to live a life where I'm not sure whether my best buddy is my biggest friend or my worst enemy. Let's put a stop to this. So here's what I'm saying. The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels, The Game Triple H, D-Generation X reunited!"
(The fans hit the roof when they hear Shawn say this. Shawn Michaels asking Triple H to reform D-Generation X on his debut appearence is too much for the fans to handle, and they go berzerk. Even more cheers than before can be heard, just at the mere though of a D-Generation X reformation.)
Jim Ross: "OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! Shawn Michaels is offering Triple H the chance to reform DX! Is this really happening?! The fans here are livid. My God what a moment!"
Shawn Michaels: "You heard me right. HBK, Triple H, one more time. All that I await now, is your answer, Hunter. Your choice. But in the meantime, I have bigger fish to fry. There is a man is this company who is a former WWE Champion. He is a man who I have never faced before. And that is why I am laying down the challenge right now. What better place than Thursday Night at Smackdown to make my debut hey... Brock? That's right Lesnar, you think you're the toughest man in town, but I'm afraid you're wrong. There's a new sheriff in town, and that's why I want you, this Thursday, live on Smackdown. And I don't just want you in any match, oh no. This will be my kind of match, a ladder match. So Shane, I hear you're the boss around here at the moment, so all you have to do is you want a showstopping main event this Thursday, is sign the match. And by the way Shane, there's one more thing I need you to do for me. I doubt you've got the balls to do it, but if you have... make this match for the Wrestling Idols Federation World Championship."
Jim Ross: "For the love of God. Shawn Michaels has been here barely ten minutes, and look at the impact he's made. He's brought the fans to their feet, announced the possible reformation of D-Generation X, and requested a World Chmpionship Ladder Match with Brock Lesnar. My God what a debut!"
Shawn Michaels: "I know you've all been waiting for it. You haven't heard it in a while, and I'm sure your ears are all begging for it. So, for old times sake, if there's anyone out there who ain't down with the Heartbreak Kid, then I've got two words for ya... SUCK IT!"
(The fans stand to their feet yet again, as Shawn's theme hits again, and he exits the ring. Slapping a few hands along the way, he reaches the top of the stage where he again does his usual pose, flexing his muslces, before disappearing through the curtain.)
