On Sunday, October 22nd, more than 20 Toastmasters participated in TLI Facilitator training. Facilitators Pat Gangi, George Self, and Judy Norris helped both new and experienced facilitators prepare for the Winter TLI sessions. 

"As Toastmasters, most of us have focused our efforts on mastering our communication skills. At TLI, we ask our instructors to apply those skills as facilitors."

At TLI Facilitator training, we learn the art of facilitating. We had the opportunity to experience different adult learning styles – how to involve our students in the learning process – and how to manage the classroom time to ensure the objectives of the course are met.
