OK! Finally! Here it is...the ICECUBE theory!!! YAY!!!
ok, the ice cube theory is one of those things that you just have to get. It is very very difficult to explain or accept unless you are in a very very silly state of mind...so here is something to help...
Feeling Silly???
GOOD!
The ice cube theory goes something like this:
You know when you take a tray of ice cubes out of the freezer and they are all white???
Well, you may have figured this out if you are incredibly clever like us, but they are all white because they are absolutely freezing cold! The theory is based on the idea of interrogation and cracking under pressure. Now, like the germ theory, the implementation of this theory requires great agility and speed. The idea is to get the white ice cubes into your cup and pour water on them as quickly as you possibly can. You will find that they make a delightful cracking noise!!! YAY!!! The ice cubes (which are really cold) have cracked under the pressure of the room-temperature water. If they make the cracking noise you have successfully interrogated them. If not...better luck next time.
so you see, it is really quite a silly silly silly theory, but we like it anyway!
