Ashely as Maggie Pollit

Ashley Barnard

Lovely Ashley Barnard was 'Maggie the Cat.' Okay, so I am a brown-noser, but to get the guys to look at my page, I have to start with a pretty lady anyway.
Mae & Gooper Pollit sit

Kim Wagner & Drew Kallen

Gooper and Mae Pollit relax on the sofa. Gooper is Brick's eight years older brother and Mae is the pregnant, with "'nother one comin'", money grubbing sister-in-law.
Big Mama & Maggie

Lorena Royce & Ashley

Maggie and Big Mama pose for Master Thespian. When I wore my Cortez High School T-Shirt to rehearsal one day (No, it isn't 31 years old!) Lorena revealed that she too, like Alice Cooper and my brother, graduated from that awesome Phoenix institution.
Brick visits Echo Spring

Peter Covitz & Ashley

At a Wednesday night pickup rehearsal, Brick Pollit visits "Echo Spring" (liquor cabinet) while Maggie the Cat looks from upstage. We just couldn't get Pete out of that damn bathrobe! He even wore it to his day job. "Do you believe me? Or do you think I'm makin' that up!?"
Dixie & Trixie

Kristen & Brittany

Dixie and Trixie pose for Big Daddy wearing their costumes. During the first few performances, backstage, these little pixies decided to treat Big Daddy like he was a favorite grandfather until someone spoke to them and explained that Big Daddy was Big Daddy until the make-up came off. And Big Daddy hates these "no necked monster's" Dixie and Trixie!
Rev.Tooker/Kyle Hallstrom

Kyle Hallstrom

Here Kyle (Reverend Tooker) relaxes by doing his high school homework in the green room.
Doctor Baugh

Richard Wells

Doctor Baugh (Baw) makes himself at home in Brick & Maggie's bedroom. Peter Covitz (Brick) determined that 'Big Doc Baugh' had the single most important line in the play, "Malignant." Richard had the only Southern Mississipian Cantonese-Scottish accent in the cast. Hey! We love you Richard.
