Kent Presbytery's Archives Committee wishes to draw to your attention that last November the United Church of Canada published a new "Guidelines For Record Keeping In The United Church of Canada" and hope, during the coming months, to feature in Kent Presbytery’s Newsletter extracts from those Guidelines. For those wishing to see the whole text sooner, you might consult it on the Internet: Guidelines for Record Keeping in the United Church of Canada

One of the tasks of the Archives Committee is to examine records of the Pastoral Charges. The Committee is, currently, calling for the records over a three-year time frame. The Records being called for are Charge & Congregational
