OGE was found by Lee Kai Seong on 20th Mac 1991 . The objectives of the group are to create a peaceful world and pay great emphasis on education . We are welcoming any suggestions to enhance education system in this fast growing hi-tech society . Internet has been a very useful engines since the past few years and its importance will be more obvious in the future .
