Today I made a Tres Leche Cake for the first time.  Being as I come from a small town getting all the ingredients was difficult.  To say I substituted would be mild.  I used all butter and coconut flakes,  I had no whipping cream so I used evaporated milk... I went without the topping and just added the extra flavoring to the milk mix.

But it was delicious!

:)  I can only imagine what it would have been like with the topping... mmm.
