This is Bobby as JoAnn takes the slack out of the right rein to ask him to step toward the wall with his hindquarters.
Just one more step... (The rein is immediately loosened when Bobby starts to take a step sideways, but the camera missed the leg motion.)
Bobby gets a piece of carrot for bringing his hindquarters all the way next to the wall. You can see the clicker hanging off the fannypack strap!
Bobby stands still for mounting, after shifting his weight back over to the right hind leg and squaring himself up a little. I didn't ask him to move closer again before mounting because he hadn't tried to move away.
Now we're ready to explore the Okinawan trails! Bobby's just been clicked and is waiting for me to produce the produce ;-) (carrot).
