The Loop

1. Start with a left forward outside three turn.

2. Step onto the right back outside edge, then you'll be gliding on both feet. (Right foot behind)

3. Lift your left foot off the ice and start to spring off the ice with you right foot.

4. While rotating in the air, bring in your arms towards your chest, and cross your ankles.

5. Land on the back outside edge of your right foot.
