Salchow

1. Start with a left out side three turn (You can also use a Mohawk)

2. Glide backward on you left back inside edge with your free leg out behind you, and your arms extended

(your left arm in front, and right arm behind you. )

3. Swing you free leg around towards the front. (Counterclockwise)

4. Lift you free leg and start to spring off the ice.

5. Bring in you arms and ankles.

6. Land on your right skate on the back outside edge.
