2 Feet

1. Glide forward on both feet.

2. With you left arm in front and your right arm behind you turn to your right.

3. When you're done you should have your right arm in front and left arm in back, and you'll be skating backwards.

When you comfortable with 2 feet try it with one foot (the way the professionals are seen doing it)

on the right outside edge, then backwards on the inside edge. If you did it correctly you should end up

with what looks like a 3 in the ice.
