I received my BSB/IS from the University of Phoenix, and have 14 years practical experience with help desk, hardware, software installation, network, computer complex, and webpaging. I enjoy working with MS applications (Office, Outlook, Reader, Access, and Project) and OSs (XP, 2000, ME, 98, and 95). With 14 years of computer complex (aircraft simulators) support and maintance 10+ years of PC support (after hours). I am currently taking courses at Clark University to aquire my certificates in A+, Network+, the MS series and Security+. Add the ability to work with a team, experience with bi-weekly reports, and ahead of schedule WWW research reports for a the team, I have developed the skills to quickly locate and compile Data into useable information. With system analyst experience and many other IS/IT skills. I currently am looking for a long term career with a growing company. I will enhance company growth and income. Then my Master's Degree.
