Although there are 23 built-in cheats (found in the cheat options menu) available for Mission Mode, only 6 of them work in Multiplayer Mode. In other words, although all of the cheats can be turned on when you enter a multiplayer game, only the following ones will affect play:

Get Back into vent-To get back into the vent with only one person in mission or multiplayer, get to the stall. Hold down the R button,C-Right,and left on the analog stick. Then you will spin, after spinning you will begin to hover in the air. When you're in the vent, let go of all the buttons and hold back the analog stick.
Three of the Same Character in Multiplayer-In a 4 player multiplayer game, 3 people can be the same character. Just:
1.In 4 player mode, set the character you want to be "multiplied" as player 4 and then choose anyone for players 1, 2, and 3.
2.Arrange the number of players to 3, then choose player 4's character for player 3.
3.Set the number of players to 2, then choose the same player that you chose for players 3 and 4,for player 2.
