The founder of Dignity House (Developing Individual Growth and New Independence Through Yourself)," Kathleen Mitchell, has been selected to receive the District 3's Communication and Leadership Award, according to C&L Chairman Juris Kursulis, DTM. Juris has authored an article on Ms Mitchell which will appear in the next issue of The Roadrunner.

Toastmasters acquiring and registering their CTM with TI during the months of March and April will be eligible to compete in a FREE registration drawing to the District Conference on May 20, 2000.

Mike Zakis, Cecilia Chavez-Protas, Judy Edwards, Karen Blehm, and Angie Burns are the latest members to sign up with the Speakers Bureau. We're told there is still time to add your name to the list.
