HR Oasis, Inc. is searching for a dynamic e-Learning Instructional
Developer for our client in the Greater Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area. 

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with strong experience 
designing and developing e-Learning Solutions. 

Job Description: 

1. Technically develop and design comprehensive eLearning solutions. 

2. Technically implement, manage and support eLearning virtual 
   learning environment. 

3. Research, analyze, develop, and support new/enhanced online 
   training tools and processes. 

4. Module production using a variety of media, including podcasts 
   and webcasts. 

Job Requirements: 

1. 2+ years of experience with designing and developing highly 
   interactive online courseware using, HTML, JavaScript, Flash,
   Actionscript, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 

2. Experience with Learning Management Systems. 

3. Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and 
   procedures used in all phases of Web-based Training 
   development and the Instructional Systems Design model. 

4. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, eLearning Technology 
   or equivalent experience. 

5. Experience with developing SCORM conformant learning 
   objects preferred. 

6. Experience with eLearning authoring tools preferred.
