My Internet Friend
by MdnyteShadow@aol.com
They were always just friends
A close knitted team,
Sharing there secrets,
There fantasies and dreams.
They would hold each other
close to there hearts
The distance that seperated
Could not keep them apart.
When one was sad
The other would cry along
As she listened to the tale
And helped mend the wrong.
The months would pass
And soon it would be years.
The two became closer.
Feeling each others tears.
Through all the troubles and pain,
One thing was for sure
No matter the distance
What they held was pure.
The foundation of love was planted,
They could only grow,
Feeding from each other
From love's steady flow.
Perhaps they will meet
When the time is right,
And phycially embrace that friendship,
Holding each other tight.
Until that day,
Love can not deny,
The true friendship,
That will continue to soar and fly.
