"Ayrhill Farm"

A friend of mine recently suggested that I try painting actual scenes here in Berkshire County and while I have down so previously, this painting is a new start towards that goal. It is a view of Mt. Greylock from Ayrhill Farm on Bucklin Road, Adams, Massachusetts. The cows and accompanying tree are done from another scene on Wells road in Cheshire; the fusion of the two was appealing to me. The painting is 24" x 18" in size and is owned by a resident of Adams.
