"Day Off II"

This painting was finished on March 23, 2005. It is 12" x 16" and is framed. Having been influenced by George Inness's work, this painting portrays a New England landscape. Imagine, it is late spring, the sun is shining on your back, and the fish are biting; what could be better??? The title reflects the second in a series called "Day Off," devoted to scenes of fishing and relaxation. The painting is in a private collection.
