"One Fine Day"

"One Fine Day is an oil on canvas that is 16" x 20" in size and was completed on March 21, 2007. Perhaps it was the first day of Spring which prompted this composition. The background is more impressionistic than many of my works and I think it allows the central figures to stand out more. This painting was donated as a fundraising prize for the "Relay for Life" cancer event, held locally in 2010.
