"Evening Reflection"

"Evening Reflection" is an oil on canvas in size 18" x 24" and was finished on March 14, 2007. I've had many people interested in an earlier work, "A Church-like View of Mt. Greylock," but finding a place to hang it was difficult due to its large size. "Evening Reflection" is a smaller work with a similar theme, a fiery sunset. The use of red and orange appeals to me; it gives a sense of warmth due to the setting of the sun. The painting is for sale, with gold frame, for $1,000.00.
