"Final Hole"

"Final Hole" was painted on August 28, 2006, one day after Tiger Woods won his fourth straight PGA Tournament at the Firestone Country Club. Tiger's drive, will, and talent are things of beauty; one has to admire him for his unending quest for perfection. This image is one I've been meaning to do for some time...it's my tribute to Tiger and anyone who can perform so well at something they love to do. I donated this painting as a prize in the Jeff LaCosse Memorial Golf Tournament at Waubeeka Golf Links held on June 16, 2007. The winner was Tom Dean of North Adams, MA.
