Ricotta Cheese Cookies

2 sticks of margarine
2 cups sugar
15 oz. ricotta cheese
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups flour

for glaze:
confectioners' sugar
water
sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients with your hands, until dough sticks together into a big ball. It will be sticky.

Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Tops will be white, bottoms golden brown.


GLAZE:
Mix enough confectioners sugar and milk together to create an easily spreadable glaze.

Stir over low heat then spread over cooled cookies. Quickly top with sprinkles.
