Lisa Lynn Malson

As long as i can remember, i loved to create jewelry. I remember i had plastic glittery star beads that i could play with for hours on end when i was in grade school. If someone gave me some costume jewelry, i would usually take it apart and create something new. Even if i wasn't using the beads, i loved to touch them, or sort them, admiring them. As a young woman it was only natural for me to find myself perfectly at home working at Claires Boutiques, a national jewelry and assessory store. There i learned alot about styles and trends. After 2 years i moved on to another job, but i never connected with my work like i did there.

Also as a child my first collection was a rock collection. I remember i had mostly quartz crystals, dyed agates, and a fossil. My dad brought me a huge rock that looked like an egg. I loved my rocks so much, family members gave me books on gemstones and rocks. I studied all about them for years. In my jewelry i love to use natural gemstone beads, finding joy in the natural variations in the stones. Now as an adult i also study crystal healing, and gemstone lore.

Modeling did not come into the picture intill a few years ago. I did model for a childrens store as a child, and worked for a talent agency in high school. I portrayed Cinderella and Alice in Wonderland on a regular basis. A few years ago i made some contacts thru a friend and modeled some of my jewelry. That is when i became passionate about it. I love coming up with outfits and sets, and of course making the jewelry to match. I hope to continue with this for years to come.

Thanks for looking at my work. email me your thoughts or ideas. I love to hear from people. Brightest Blessings, Lisa
