About 15" diameter. A couple of grit spots on the footrim; no chips cracks or hairlines. Very good condition and enamel looks fresh. This is a gem of an antique Rose Mandarin with wonderful subject matter. Unique and not likely to find another.

A simply wonderful rose mandarin charger with a very large and active central scene. I count 21 people plus the infant being held by the patriarch. The scene pushes the border so that it is a narrow band. And that has 6 marvelously detailed dragons roiling about. Outstanding detail... the beards are very fine, and we have that cute deer! Most likely showing a 60th birthday celebration for one of the old men! Good hard paste thick potting, no marks anywhere. Circa 1850.
