"SETH" ROBOT SCULPTURE
An original work by Dave Phillips

Seth is one of my more "gadgetry-orientated" bots. He even has a speaker in his head that actually works!!!! A functional bot sculpture! I call him my "SETH UR-9 Universal Research Bot".

From the ground to the top of his head antennae is 17 1/2". To the top of his radio antennae is 22 1/4".

His widest point at his arms is 10" wide, although his actual body is 4 1/2" X 4 1/2".

Seth comes with a trailer that is 8" long and 6" high. I had to add it for balance and it's turned out to be one of the coolest things about him. With his yellow and black decor, he looks ready to explore the very depths of space, a very cool bot indeed. Seth was designed to collect research samples throughout the universe. He has a 4 1/2" x 4" x 6" cargo hold with lock and key. (This is located in Seth's body. The key is inside, tied to a bold ribbon). Seth is made from many parts from many places. A yellow child's treasure box, parts from an old shop radio, parts shared with his predecessor Hank 101. I also used art deco chrome balls for eyes, salvaged from an art deco chair. I also used numerous auto parts, from small engine clutch arms to thermostat springs, batttery clamps, the list goes on and on.

Seth's head is made from an old truck speaker modified as I have modified and reworked virtually every part in this robot. There is a junction box on the back of the bot that will allow you to connect speaker wires to so his head will function!
